About Kate…

I have spent my working life helping people be their best, no matter what the scenario.

I started my career by qualifying as a Primary School Teacher in 2001 with a BA Hons QTS. I left the profession in 2004 and went into design and then on to training as an Image Consultant, before qualifying as a Personal and Business Coach in 2008 from Newcastle College.

I have built up my coaching practice over the past ten years; working with private individuals as well as within companies. 80% of clients come to me through recommendation.

I have had huge exposure to a broad range of challenges presented to me by my clients and this has enabled me to hone my skills as a facilitator and coach. Managing issues of self-esteem, confidence, developing soft skills and time management proficiency are just some of the areas with which I have helped my clients.

I am driven by the power coaching has in transforming working lives and team performance; enabling individuals and businesses to reach their full potential. I am passionate about helping people and thrive on seeing clients achieve challenging yet realistic goals; becoming more confident in key areas and, as a result, a much more fulfilled person or successful team.

My personal and engaging style and ability to see through challenges and enable my clients to navigate their way to a positive outcome, makes me an ideal coach for businesses and individuals seeking to develop and drive forward.

I am a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. I also have regular Coaching Supervision sessions so that I can continue to work on my own professional development and skill set as a Coach.
